A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING POR
OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION
OF N.E. 4TH COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360
(HIGHWAY PORTION) BID "A" IN L\%E, 4TH COURT
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4360 (HIGHWAY
PORTION) BID "A".
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Marks Brothers
Company has satisfactorily completed the construction of highway
improvements designated as N.E. 4TH COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4360 (HIGHWAY PORTION) BID "A" in N.E. 4TH COURT HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4360 (HIGHWAY PORTION) BID "A"; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication
of a notice of public hearing for objections by persons inter-
ested in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYr:n r anyS TMFp
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The City Clerk he and he is hereby author -
it
ized and directed to publish a notice in a newspaper published
in the City of Miami, Florida. stating that at a meeting of
the City Commission to be held at a certain day and hour, to
be determined by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a
public hearing to hear any objections by persons interested in
or affected by N,E. 4TH COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360 (HIGH-
