WHEREAS, the C'ty Commission, after careful consider-
ation of this matter, deems it advisable in the best interest
and the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabi-
tants, to grant a conditional use for an off-street parking
lot as hereinafter stet forth;

east corner of S. W. 24th Avenue and N. W First Street, to
permit an off-street parrcirig lot in conjunction with the banking
facilities located on portions of Lots 7 through 12 and the
North 30' of 13 and 14, Block 1 Boscoble (7-72) subject to site
plan approval by the Planning Departroent, zoned R-1 (One -Family)
District..
