T?e sum of $700,000 be and is hereby allocated from the Public Park and Recreational Facilities Bonds Trust Fund as aut„orized by Resolution No. 74-362 adopted May 9, 1974 for the City of Miami's matching share of federal funds in connection with the Bayfront Park Project, otherwise designated as federally -funded Project No. 04-31-02014. Section 2. The City Manager be and is hereby author- ized to enter into a formal agreement with Edward D.
