WIIETZEAS, it appears that CORBAR'S TRUCKING &
TRASH HAULING SERVICE. INC. has applied for such a license and
has met, or has represented under oath that it will meet, within
the required period of time, the requirements of said ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collection
License to CORBAR'S TRUCKING & TRASH HAULING SERVICE, INC. and
the said C(,RBAk'S TRUCKING & TRASH HAULING SERVICE, INC. may
commence doing business thereunder upon full compliance with
Section 20-22 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida.
