A RESOWTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED YANIRA
SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI,
AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAW PLAT AND
ACCEPTING A COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND POSTPONING
THE IMMEDIATE CONSTRUCTION OF LANDSCAPING, STANDARD
CONCRETE SIDEWALK AND GRADING AND SHAPING STREET
SHOULDER, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.

Section 1. The Plat entitled YANIRA SUBDIVISION,
being a resubdivision of the West 325 feet of the East 602.1 feet
together with the East 247.9 feet of the West 697.1 feet of an
unnumbered strip of land lying 63.5 feet South of Blocks 11 and 12
of "CENTRAL PARK", in Section 4, Township 54 South, Range 41 East,
Dade County, Florida, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
