PERFORMED BY RoENCA CORPORATION AT A TOTAL
COST OF $114,392.27 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT of $5,014.17 FOR THE WESTERN DRAINAGE
PROJECT E-34.
'WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 30, 1975
