This document, executed by the Omni Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment Agency as
Mortgagee, acknowledges the Affordable/Workforce Housing Covenant and confirms that its terms
are binding, without affecting the lien, priority, or enforceability of the Mortgage.

JOINDER BY MORTGAGEE
The undersigned Omni Redevelopment District Community Development Agency, as
Mortgagee under that certain Amended and Restated Mortgage and Security Agreement for 14th Street
Development, LLC (the "Mortgage") dated this 19 day of December, 2025, and recorded in Official
Records Book 35087, Page 4016, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, covering
all/or a portion of the property described in the foregoing Affordable/Workforce Housing Covenant
(the "Covenant"), does hereby acknowledge that the terms of the Covenant are and shall be binding
upon the undersigned and its successors in title and interest. Notwithstanding anything herein to the
contrary, nothing in the Covenant shall be deemed to subordinate, impair, or otherwise affect the lien,
priority, validity, or enforceability of the Mortgage.
