PLE BOND ISSUE, BECAUSE THE CITY OF MIAMI CONSTITUTES 24% OF THE POPULATION OF DADE COUNTY AND PAYS 192 OF THE AD VALOREM TAXES, THE NEEDS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND SPECIFICALLY tN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: (1) FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE BICENTENNIAL PANT; (2) tMPROVMENTS AT THE ORANGE BOWL; AND (3) IMPROVEMENTS TO CURTIS PARK AND FOR OTHER PARK PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI. BE IT RESOLVED BY 791E COMMISSION OF THE CITY or MIAMI. F1.i I}°III.\: Section 1.
