RESOLUTION NO. 76-A3
A RESOLUTION GRANTING CERTAIN EXTENSIONS
IN PERMITTED HOURS OP SALE FOR ESTABLISH-
MENTS DISPENSING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON
SUPERBOWL EVE, JANUARY 17, 197u.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-8(h) of the Code of the
City of Miami, the Commission may extend the hours of sale of
alcoholic beverages on special occasions, and
WHEREAS, previous City Commissions have found it to
be in the best interest of the City of Miami to allow extended
hours for alcoholic beverage sales on Superbowl Eve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
TIIE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDAt
Section 1. That package stores may remain open
for the sale of packaged alcoholic beverages until 12.00
o'clock midnight on Superbowl Eve, January 17, 1976.
