BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION of THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORXDA t
Section 1. A permit be and is hereby authorized
to be issued to the Miami Community Police Benevolent
Association for amusements rides at the Miami :Stadium Parking
Lot in conjunction with its carnival on January 23, 2.4,25, 26,
27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 1976 and February 1, 1976, subject to the
following terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding 15 days, nor shall any one loca-
tion '. a used more often than once a year.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall
obtain the necessary licenses, permits and
Certificate of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry
on ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will
provide sanitary facilities for both male and
female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will
not domicile on the property.
