A RESOLUTION AUTIHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
PERMIT TO TIIE JAMES E. SCOTT COMMUNITY
ASSOCIATION rot. AMUSEMENT RIDES AT THE GRANDWAY
STORE PARKING LOT AT NORTHWEST 12 AVENUE AND
54 STREET IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR CARNIVAL
ON JANUARY 15. 16. 17 AND 18. 1976, SUBJECT TO
CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION (F THE CITY OF
MIAMI. FLORIDA:
Section 1. A permit be and is hereby authorized

obtain the necessary licenses. permits and
Certificate of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry
on ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will
provide slnitary facilities for both male and

5. The operators and employees of the rides will

7. Tlie city of Miami Police De!.artmont will be
contacted and the number of off -duty police-
men that the Department feels are necessary
to direct traffic and provide for security
