COATINGS roR FURNISIHING GREEN COLOR SURFACING OF' FOUR (4) TENNIS COURTS AND APRONS AT G1APELANb PARK AT A TOTAL COST OF $4,634; AUTIIORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER FOR TItIS MATERIAL: ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE "PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITY BOND" FOR THIS p1'F,pt�tii: • WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice, sealed bids were received November 26, 1975 for furnishing green color surfacing of four (4) tennis courts and aprons at Grapcland Park; and Wtlt PEAS, i nvi tltions were mailed to nineteen (19) :xot tint i al :. t: l i r:= and four (4) bids were received as - $4,634; Agile Courts Construction Court. Construction, Inc. - $6,150; and c ` W Unlimited - S7,772.45; and WHEREAS, funds for this project are to be allocated from the Parks and Recreational Facility Bond and are available; and WHEREAS, two new tennis courts have been built at Grapeland Park and this is the final improvement to the four ..t,•��i�Ai���iT I� LA.
