On July 31, 1975, the City Commission ,adopted R-solution
No. 75-736 granting use of the Miami i Baseball Stadium. by
Miami Dade Community Collage, Downtown Carpus, for the
purpose of conducting its baseball practise sessions from
September 9, 1975, throug^ and including December 5, 1975,
subject to advance payr.ent for event personnel, insurance
and other direct costs borne by the City, and authorizing
the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Miami Dade
Community College for said use.
