A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-
WAY DEED EXECUTED BY R.D.G. INVESTMENT CORPORATION
CONVEYING FOR HIGHWAY W t D1:`. I `G THE: SOUTH 10 FEET

DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL of THE: I ;' ,y MIAMI 'r()
RECORD SAID DEED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ;,ADl:
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, strips of land are needed by the City of Miami
for highway widening along the north side of N.W. 25th Street,
between N.W. 3 and 5 Avenues, in order to bring the street to its
fully zoned widths and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami has negotiated with the owner
of this land by agreeing to construct sidewalk therein in exchange
for the aforesaid right-of-ways and
WHEREAS, in full accord, the owner, R.D.G. Investment
Corporation, executed and delivered to the City of Miami a Highway
Right -of Way Deed for the required strips of land even though
it is estimated that the market value of the conveyed land exceeds
the City's cost of said sidewalk constructions and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to
accept the aforesaid right-of-way deed and to have it recorded in
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION

Section 1. The August 15, 1975 Highway ght-oflWay
Deed from R.D.G. Investment Corporation conveying to the City of
Miami strips of land along the north side of N.W. 25 Street,
between N.W. 3 and 5 Avenues, be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper official of the City of Miami be, and
he is hereby authorised and directed to record the aforesaid right-
of-way deed in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
