WHEREAS, Article XXXI, Section 3 (2) of Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of M p- its an extension of a variance by the City Manager, City Commission, for a period of one IMMORE,P8E IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIA41, FLORIDA: • Section 1. The request for a one year extension of the variance gra;ated on the property located .at 1471 N.
