A RdOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION
OF THE CONDITIONAL USE GRANTED ON THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1570 N.W. 14TH STREET, LOT 30, ST.
JOHN PARK (5-19) BY ZONING BOARD RESOLUTION NO.
ZB 79-75, AS PER ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE V,
SECTION 1 (4)(b), TO PERMIT USE OF ABOVE SITE
FOR OPP-STREET PARKING LOT IN CONJUNCTION WITH
BUILDING PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT 1471
N.W. 14TH STREET, SUBJECT TO ONE 10 FOOT OPENING
ON 14TH STREET, A UNITY OF TITLE FOR LOT 50 AND
THE BUILDING SITE IN BLQCK 6 OF GRAND VIEW PARK
AND PROPER MEANS TO CONTROL PARKING AT THE
REMOTE SITE, ZONED R-C (RESIDENCE OFFICE) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, ARTICLE XXXII, Section 3 (2) of Ordinance
No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of
Miami permits an extension of a Conditional Use by the City
Manager, with approval by the City Commission,
for a period of

OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
