OF THE VARIANCE GRANTED ON THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE S.E. CORNER OF MATILDA STREET
AND DAY AVENUE, TENTATIVE PLAT NO. 940,
BARBARA'S HAMMOCK BY ZONING BOARD RESOLUTION
NO. 28 82-75.
WHEREAS, Article XXXI of the Zoning Ordinance
No. 6871, permits an extension of a variance by the City
Manager with approval by the City Commission, for a period of
one years
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The request for a one year extension of
the variance granted on the property located at the S.E. Corner
of Matilda Street and Day Avenue, Tentative Plat No. 940,
BARBARA'S HAMMOCK by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 83-75 be
and the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3 day of 'WPM'

Would you please extend the variance granted by the City of
Miamni. zoning Board on July ", 1975, frr an additional 6 month
period, since the record title, holder is not yet in a position
to obtain a building permit or Certificate of Use.
Please be advised that the ct;ner has now filed with the Cadastral
section of the City of '`i,t::;i Iepartment of Public Works, the
Mylar tracing of the proposed subdivision and has furnished all
of the items required for placing the matter before the January
City Commission meetin, except for the bond requirement and
fi ling the paid real estate tax bills.
