WHEREAS, Article XXXI of the Zoning Ordinance No. 6871, permits an extension of a variance by the City Manager with approval by the City Commission, for a period of one years NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The request for a one year extension of the variance granted on the property located at the S.E. Corner of Matilda Street and Day Avenue, Tentative Plat No. 940, BARBARA'S HAMMOCK by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 83-75 be and the same is hereby granted.
