'Urpose of program: This program is designed to provide drug
education, prevention, treatment and rehabili-
tation services to substance abusers that live
in the oYertown (Culmer) community.
Services: Croup and individual counseling, residential treatment,
family counseling. educational counseling, employment
counseling and placement, eutreach,community substance
abuse workshops and seminars, detoxification for heroin
addicts, referral services and community drug abuse forums.
Target Audi_onco:
The program will provide services to persons that are 15 and
older ^r-l1o. Inc.' female.
Number o he served:
Tii' pror?ram will provide services to 125 poly -drug abusers
in i.ts care component and 25 heroin addicts in its 24 hour
rcs ident a i_ :component, treatment will last from 12 to 18 months.
The procrram anticipates on providing services to 500 substance
abuser.; ovcr a r,. o year period.
