RESOLUTION NO. 7 7 9 7 3
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ROBERT PAULK
AND T. J. DUGGAR, JR., AS MEMBERS OF THE
CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
SUBJECT TO THE FORMAL CANVASS OF THE
ELECTION RESULTS BY THE CITY MANAGER.
WHEREAS, JOSEPH R. GRASSIE, City Manager of the
City of Miami is required to report to the City Commission
that the employees hereinafter named were duly and regularly
elected by the empl.:;ees of the City of Miami, in an election
on December 9, 1977, as representatives on the Civil Service
Board of the City of Miami, to wit:

T. J. DUGGAR, JR.

WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Commission
to confirm the employee members so elected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. ROBERT PAULK and T. J. DUGGAR, JR., are
hereby confirmed as members of the Civil Service Board of the
City of Miami, Florida, to serve for a term of 2 years as
provided for in the Charter of the City of Miami, subject to
the formal canvass of the election results by the City Manager.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 6th day of December, 1977.
