RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH FRANK J. COBO,
FOR HIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, AS ADMINISTRA-
TIVE ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR, ON TIIE SAME TERMS
AND CONDITIONS EXISTING IN THE ORIGINAL CON-
TRACT, WHICH EXPIRED ON NOVEMBER 30, 1977, TO
COVER THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 1, 1977 THROUGH
DECEMBER 31, 1977; WITH FUNDS THEREFOR IN THE
AMOUNT OF ALLOCATED FROM CODE
1190 "OFFICE OF THE MAYOR" OF TIIE 1977-78
FISCAL YEAR BUDGET, UPON ITS ADOPTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TILE CITY OF
MAIMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
to execute an agrement with FRAM: J. COBO, for his professional
services, as Administrative Assistant to the Mayor, on the same
terms and conditions existing in the original contract, which
expired on November 30, 1977, to cover the period from December 1,
1977 through December 31, 1977; with funds therefor in the amount
of hereby allocated from Code 1190 "Office of the Mayor"
of the 1977-73 Fiscal Year Budget, upon its adoption.

ADDENDUM
ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE TO CONTRACT
FOR SERVICES OF ADMINISTRATIVE
ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR.
THIS ADDENDUM, made and entered into this
day of
1977, amending the Contract for Services of Administrative Assistant
to Mayor between the CITY OF MIAMI and FRANK COBO dated
The CITY and the Administrative Assistant in consideration of
the mutual agreements herein contained, agree as follows:
BOTH PARTIES AGREE:
That the term of this Agreement shall be extended to January
1, 1978, and compensation therefor shall be in the amount of
$1,500.00.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
Agreement to be executed in their names by the persons thereto
legally qualified, all as of the day and year hereinbefore first
above written.
