A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE JULY 14, 1977
DEED OF DEDICATION FROM VICTOR H. HERNANDEZ
AND ELISA HERNANDEZ, HIS WIFE, CONVEYING THE
WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 1, WOODSIDE
(5-28) ; AND AUTUORUING AND DIRECTING THE
PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO
RECORD SAME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, in order for the Silver Bluff Sanitary Sewer Improvement
(Project B-5414) to proceed in an orderly fashion, it became necessary
that the only strip of undedicated reserved zoned width right-of-way
along the path of this improvement be secured by the City of Miami;
and
WHEREAS, this was achieved when the appertaining owner did duly
execute and deliver a Deed of Dedication which is now in order for
acceptance by the Commission of the City of Miami, and to have recorded
in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The July 14 1977 Deed from VICTOR H. HERNANDEZ and
ELISA HERNANDEZ, His Wife, conveying to the City of Miami for the
Silver Bluff Highway Improvement (Project B-5414) the west 10 feet of
Lot 10, Block 1, Woodside, according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 5, at Page 28 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
Section 2. The proper official of the City of Miami is hereby
authorized and directed to record the aforesaid instrument in the Public

Resolution Accepting Dedication
of Right -of -Way for Silver Bluff
Sanitary Sewer Improvement (B-5414
Copy of Deed, Sketch
Please place on the December 8, 1977 City Commission Agenda a Resolution
accepting the July 14, 1977 Highway Right -of -Way Deed of Dedication,
(copy attached), from Victor H. Hernandez and Elisa Hernandez, His Wife,
conveying to the City of Miami for the captioned Improvement the west
10 feet of Lot 10, Block 1, Woodside (5-28); (drawing attached); and
authorizing and directing the proper official to record same in the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
Pertinent Information
In order for the Silver Bluff Sanitary Sewer Improvement to
proceed in an orderly fashion, it became necessary that the
only strip of undedicated reserved zoned width right-of-way
along the path of this improvement, (The East Side of S.W.
17th Avenue, bet•.!een S.W. 23rd Street and S. W. 1st Avenue),
be secured by the City.
This was achieved when the appertaining owner executed and
delivered a Deed of Dedication conveying same to the City.
It is now in order for the City Commission to accept this
deed and to have it duly recorded,

ATTACHED RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE JULY 14, 1977 DEED FROM
VICTOR H. HERNANDEZ AND ELISA HERNANDEZ, HIS WIFE, CONVEY-
ING TO TiIE CITY OF MIAMI FOR THE SILVER BLUFF SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT, THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 1, OF
WOODSIDE (5-28); AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PROPER
OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO RECORD SANE IN THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
