A RESOLUTION ORDERING ALLAFATTAH SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5433-C (centerline sewer) AND
DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE
COST THEREOF AS ALLAPATTAr. SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5433-C (centerline sewer);
AND ALLOCATING v10, 000 FF O_ll THE SANITARY SEWER
BOND FUND TO COVER THE COST OF PRELIMINARY AND
INCIDENTAL. EXPENSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a Sanitary Sewer Improvement identified

sewer) shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the

Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the cost
of said ALLAPATTAH SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5433-C (center-
line sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of
land which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the
following described lots and Farcels of land, and such lots

Resolution Ordering ALLAPATTAH
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5433 C (centerline sewer)
In a continuing effort to serve Mimi, plans
and specifications are being prepared for
the centerline sewers in the area bounded on
the north by N.W. 54 Street, on the south by
the Airport X-way, on the west by N.W. 19
Avenue, and on the east by N.W. 17 Avenue
South of N.W. 46 Street and N.W. 14 Avenue
north of N.W. 46 Street.
To serve this area, the Department of Public
Works has designed the ALLAPATTAH SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5433 C (centerline
sewer) as an assessable Improvement under
Section 56 of the City Charter.

ADOPTION OF THE RESOLUTION ORDERING THE
ALLAPATTAH SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT

Job Scope: Construction of a sanitary sewer improvement by private
contractor under contract with the City of Miami at an
estimated total cost of $1,700,000.

Part of the City's continuing program to provide sanitary
sewers throughout the City of Miami. This district is
bounded on the North by N.W. 54 St., on the South by the
Airport X-way, on the West by N.W. 19 Ave., (City Limits),
and on the east by N.W. 17 Ave. South of N.W. 46 Street
and N.W. 14 Ave. North of N.W. 46 St.

This improvement will provide sanitary sewer service in a
portion of the area designated as Manor in the original
1976 sanitary G.O.B. program. The Manor area has been
divided into 3 separate contracts to permit bidding by a
larger number of contractors.
