Ordinance No. 8707 appropriated one -twelfth (1/12) of the fiscal year 1976-77 operational appropriations for departments and the entire appropriations for debt service and pension, to be charged to the 1977-78 'annual appropriations when they become in force. Ordinance No. 3720 appro- priated a second one -twelfth (1/12) of the fiscal year 1976-77 operational appropriations. If the Commission doe, not adopt the annual appropriations ordinance for fiscal year 1977-78 by December 1, 1977, it will be necessary to provide a means for funding continued operation of the City for an additional period of time. hence, attached is a proposed ordinance to extend the interim operational appropriations to three -twelfths (3/12) of the fiscal year 1976-77 annual. appropriations.
