Dear Mr Gerstein,
Please find attached a copy of the City of Miami Zoning Board Minutes
of October 3, 1977.
Also, please find a copy of the minutes of the City Commission Meet-
ing of November 10, 1977 wherein a variance request at 2911 Lucaya
Street was discussed.
An accusation was made by the applicant regarding Building Inspectors
of the City and the City Clerk was directed to forward copies to the
State Attorney for appropriate action.
Please forgive the delay in transmitting these transcripts but the
minutes were just completed.
