HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-77-0890MLA:bk 10/28/77 RESOLUTION NO. 77-890 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN EASEMENT, A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO, TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE PALISADES GEOPHYSICAL INSTITUTE, INC. WHEREAS, on June 4, 1975, the Board of County Commissioners of Dade County, Florida, by Resolution No. R-575-75, authorized the conveyance of certain lands on Virginia Key to the Palisades Geophysical Institute, Inc., a non-profit corporation; and WHEREAS, in order to obtain access to the Institute property, it is necessary to obtain easements from the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to enter into an easement, a copy of which is attached hereto, to provide access to the Palisades Geophysical Institute, Inc.
