RESOLUTION NO. 77-874
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PATRICIA M. KOLSKI, THE
CURRENT ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE ZONING BOARD,
AS A MEMBER OF THE ZONING BOARD TO FILL THE TERM
OF GROVER P. WALKER, WHICH EXPIRES DECEMBER 31, 1979,
WHEREAS, Mr. Grover P. Walker has resigned from the
City of Miami Zoning Board; and
WHEREAS, Patricia M. Kolski is the current Alternate
Member of the Zoning Board; and
WHEREAS, the Commission passed a motion of intent on
October 20, 1977 to appoint Patricia M. Kolski as a Member of
the Zoning Board to fill the term of Grover P. Walker, which
expires on December 31, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Patricia M. Kolski be and is hereby
appointed as a Member of the Zoning Board to fill the term of
Grover P. Walker, which expires on December 31, 1979.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this LOTH day of November, 1977.

This is to reruest a olace on the Commission Agenda of November 10th
for the appointment of Patricia :1. lolski ,who is the current Alternate
Board Member, to the term of Grover P. Walker which expires December
31, 1970. :Ir. ,:Talker has resigned from the Board. This is to con-
firm a notion of Intent passed by the Commission on October 20, 1977.
I am requesting the Law Department, by a copy of this memo, to prepare
the prover Resolution.
