, A. Davis, Inc. has completed the project consisting;
of construction of a park complete with irrigation land-
scapin€, tiled plazas, a waterfall, and a concessions
building; at 46 Wesi; Flagler Street. The project was
desisted and construction supervised by a Consultant.
The orit-inal contract amount was for $146,203.00, but
the completed contract amount is a143,439.00, and it was
completed on time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the com--
pliet+ed work and authorize final payment, after all condi-
tions are met.
