Confirming our telephone conversation, we would like to organize our
panel into two groups. The first, or principal, group will perform
the services as required by the Board of Commissioners at the rate of
S35.00 per hour.
The members of this group are:
Dr. Harvey Hendrickson
Dr. John Remington
The two members of the second, or ex-officio, group will not be involved
directly in performing the required services and thus do not expect to
be compensated except in the case of some unforeseen emergency that would
require one or both to be called in to replace or to supplement members
of the principal group (in which case each would receive the indicated
compensation of $35.00 per hour). The ex-officio members are:
Dr. Irving Fantl (Back-up for Hendrickson)
Dr. William Welch (Back-up for Remington)
Even though the members of the latter group may not be involved in the
evaluatiuffl. they have indicated a desire to review anv final report on
a public service basis.
