RESOLUTION NO. 77-847
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MRS. JULIA R.
FERNANDEZ TO SERVE AS A MEMBER OF THE
ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION REVIEW BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. MRS. JULIA R. FERNANDEZ, of 9860 S.W.
60 Street, Miami, Florida 33173 (Tele. #274-0782) is hereby
appointed to serve as a Member of the ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVA-
TION REVIEW BOARD.

Recommendation of Mrs. Julia
R. Fernandez to be member of
E.P.R.B.
We are submitting the name of Mrs. Julia R. Fernandez for
your consideration as a new member for the Environmental
Preservation Review Board.
She is an architect graduated from University of La Habana,
actually works for F.I.U. as a landscape designer, together
with her husband, Mr. Jose Fernandez, owns and operates
"Freddy landscape" Nursery, at 9860 S. W. 60 Street and
we feel she has the required expertise for filling the
opening created by Mr. Sinclair's resignation; and also
will balance the ethnic composition of the Board member-
ship.
