FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a Sanitary Sewer improvement identified
as CRESTWOOD SANITARY SEWER II.9PROVEMENT SR-54 32-C (CENTERLINE
SEWER) shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the
Charter or The City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to
consist of:

Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the cost

SEWER) shallbe levied upon all the lots and parcels of land which
abut the above -mentioned streets, including the following
described lots and parcels of land.
To each of the lots and parcels of land which abut upon
the above -mentioned streets, including; the following described
lots and parcels of land to the property line of which a sewer
lateralor laterals is laid, wi1.1 be assessed the average cost
of that lateral or laterals, under the provisions of Section 56

allocated from the Sanitrur;r Sewer Bond Fund to cover the cost of
