As attorny of record of the case of reference, I respectfully
request that the hearing scheduled for October 20th, 1977 on
a petition for a rezoning concerning the subject property he
postpone'?.
The reason for this request is that the dL ve1 e per and the
architect for the project in question are both out of the country
and will not be back on time for the hearing. Furthermore,
I will also be leaving town in an urgent matter tomorrow
October 20th ana consequently there will not be anyone available
to plead the case before you on behalf of the petitioners.

October 20, 1977, at 2:00 P. M., in CITY HALL, 3500 Pan

the following:

All of BAY CLUB SUB (102-32)
A Resolution recommending DENIAL of petition --as per Ordinance
6871, ARTICLE XXI-1, Section 6, that the Planned Area Develop-
ment which is all of Bay Club Sub, known as Brickell Bay Club,
be revised by increasing the Floor Area Ratio granted by
Resolution 72-662, under P.A.D. from 2.36 to 2.70 for the pur-
pose of enclosing balconies on a total of 449 apartments and
the terrace dining room; zoned R-5A(High Density Multiple).
At its meeting of June 6, 1977, the Miami Zoning Board adopted
Resolution No. ZB 93-77 bv a 6 to 1 vote recommending DENIAL
of the above request.
