USE); FINDING THAT THIS USE IS (a) COMPATIBLE WITH THE SURROUNDING AREA; (b) IN CONFORMITY WITH THE MIAMI FIRE PRO- TECTION RESCUE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES MASTER PLAN 1977-1987 AND THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN; (c) WELL -SERVED BY AN ARTERIAL STREET; (d) EXPECTED TO HAVE NO ADVERSE IMPACT ON THE SURROUNDING AREA; (e) IN SCALE WITH ADJACENT DEVELOPMENT; (f) PROVIDES GOOD CIVIC DESIGN AND•(g) IS ESSENTIAL TO THIS PORTION OF MIAMI. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its meeting of September 7, 1977, Item No. 2(b), following an adver- tised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 41-77 by a 5 to 2 vote recommending permission to construct and operate an addition to the present Fire Station .`10 as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration and due deliberation of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant permission to construct and operate an addition to the present Fire Station #10 as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY HE CO 1 O y vTHE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: ITEM ----- Section 1. The request for permission to construct and operate an addition to the present Fire Station ##10 at approximately 4101 N.W. 7th Street, Lots 9 and 10, Block 3, Whitehead and Blair Sub (44-78), per Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXI-2, Section 3(1); zoned C-4 (General Commercial), proposed to be rezoned GU (Governmental Use), find that this use is (a) compatible with the surrounding area; (b) in conformity with the Miami Fire Protection Rescue and Emergency Services Master Plan 1977-1987 and the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan; (c) well -served by an arterial street; (d) expected to have no adverse impact on the surrounding area; (e) in scale with adjacent development; (f) provides good civic design and; (g) is essential to this portion of Miami, be and the same is hereby granted.
