notice of said meeting under Section 56, of the City Charter,

of the preliminary assessment roll for the cost of FASHION

line sewer) on the followth streets:

N. W. 2?; Street from N. 14: 3 Avenue to 325' west
N. W. 3 Avenue frorn N. W. 27 Terrace to N. W. 29 Street
WHEREAS, rio objections thereto bi any person interested

Section 2, That the
each of the lots or parcels of cr,round in said preliminary
assessment roll are less than the amount that each of the said
lots or parcels of ground is especially benefited by said
improvement and that such amounts are in proportion to the
special benefits that the property received.
Section 3. That the total assessable cost or said FASHION
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5402-C (centerline sewer) in
FASHION SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5402-C (center-
line sewer) of ,7,085.07 be and the same is hereby approved
and confirmed.
Section 4. That any pendinr, lien in FASHION SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5402-C (centerline sewer) for
sanitary sewer improvements not appearing in the preliminary
assessment roll and not certiried hereby be and the same is
sums and amounts assessed againSt

Construct ion of FASHION SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5402=C (center-
line sewer) in FASHION SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5402-C
(centerline sewer) has been completed, and the Preliminary Assessment
Roll for this improvement is ready to be presented to the Commission
for confirmation.
This improvement consisted of laying 10 inch Vitrified clay nine
sanitary sower at or near the centerline and layinr. 6 inch cast
iron pipe laterals, as required to the lots and parcels of land
:which abut this improvement; together with necessary manholes, other
appurtenances, pump stations, out''a.11, connections to existinF; sewers.,
