ALLAPATTAH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT
PHASE II _ AND ALLAPATTAH SANITARY SEWER MODIFI-
CATIONS _ PHASE II 1977 = B?ID "D" = SANITARY
SEWER 5 WITH FUNDS THEREFOR PROGRAMMED AND BUDGETED
UNDER THE "COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM" FOR THE
CONTRACT, FOR PROJECT EXPENSE AND INCIDENTAL
EXPENSES; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SAID FIRM
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received September 30,
for the ALLAPATTAH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT
PEASE II - AND ALLAPATTAH SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS
PHASE II - 1977 - BID "D" - SANITARY SE`r1ER; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports the $5,n63.46 b
or. nick Morton, Inc. is the lowest responsible bid and recommends
that a contract be awarded to said firm; and
WHEREAS, funds have been programmed and budgeted under

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF

Section 1, The September 30, 1977 bid of Dick Morton,
Inc. in the proposed amount of $5,063.16 for the project entitled
ALLAPATTAH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT - PHASE II - AND

ALLAPATTAH SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS - PHASE II - 1977 - BID "D"
SANITARY SEWER, namely Bid "D" of the Proposal, based on unit
prices Is hereby accepted at the price stated therein.
Section P. The amount of $5,06.3. 4i6 iN hereby programmed
from funds to be received from the U. S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development through its obligation to pay the City of
I`rgiami through the City's Community Development, Program to cover

Bids were received September 30) 1977 to replace existing
sanitary sewer in poor condition with new sanitary sewer pipe
where shown on the plans.
As reflected in the Tabulation of Bids, the t5,063.)46 bid
of Dick Morton, Inc. is the lowest responsible bid for Bid
of the Proposal, based on unit prices.
Funds have been programmed and budgeted under the "Community
Development Program" for the estimated amount of the Contract,
for Project Expense, and for such items as Advertising, Testing
Laboratories, Postaf;e.
