PAVING PROJECT - PHASE II
BID "B" - DRAINAGE - REsolution
Allocating Funds & Awarding Contra
Bids were received September 28, 1977 for constructing 875t
covered ditch drainage system in conjunction with 0.6 miles of
street rebuilding.
As reflected in the tabulation of bids, the $48,038.50 bid of
P.N.M. Corporation was the lowest responsible bid for Bid "B"
of the Proposal, based on unit prices.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF
THE RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED SEPTEMBER 28, 1977
OF P.N.M. CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $118,038.50; ALLOCATING
FUNDS FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT BOND FUNDS"
FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT; FOR PROJECT EXPENSE; AND FOR
INCIDENTAL EXPENSE; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
