A:RtSoLUTIoN ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY JOE REINERTSON EQUIPMENT
COMPANY AT A TOTAL COST OF $50,624,98 FOR
BUENA VISTA SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATION
BID "C", AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT
OF $5055.46.
WHETIEA8 there exists a contract dated June
1977 between the City of Miami and Joe Reinertson Equipment
Company; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Joe Reinertson Equipment Company has furnished the required
documents certifyinr that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manarer and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and
final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

MODIFICATION BID r'd"
Joe Reinertson Eiuipment Company has completed the project
consi`tini; of the replacement of deteriorated sanitary
sewers located on N. W. 3 Avenue between N. E. 39-45 Streets
and N. W. 41 Street between ,:. w. 3-5 Avenues, The original
contract amount was 11 511, 364.00 but the completed contract
amount is ,t5O,52)1.98, and it wa., completed on time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the com-
pleted work and authorize final pa,rment, after all conditions
are met.
