tESOLUTION URGING THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE
OF LAW OFFICERS (NIMLO) TO CONSIDER HOLDING
ITS 44TH ANNUAL OCTOBER, 1979 MEETING IN THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,AND REQUESTING THE
CITY ATTORNEY TO FORWARD A COPY OF THIS
RESOLUTION TOGETHER WITH HIS OWN FORMAL
INVITATION TO NIMLO.
WHEREAS, in October, 1979, the National Iiist .trite
Municipal Law Officers (NIMLO) will conduct its 44th Annual.
Meeting; and
WHEREAS, this organization is made up of member cities
Whose interest it serves on a continuing basis on a highly compet-
professional level; and
WHEREAS, the hospitality facilities of the CITY OF
MIAIII can amply accommodate 600 delegates and families anticipated
the aforesaid meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The National Institute of Municipal Law
Officers (NIMLO) is hereby respectfully urged to consider holding
44th Annual Meeting,to be held in October, 1977, in the CITY
'OF MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Section 2. The City Attorney is hereby requested
forward a copy of this resolution, together with his own
invitation, to NIMLO.
