NOW, THEtEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, PLORIDAt section 1. That effective October 1, 1977 the following amounts are hereby appropriated for the current expenses of the City until the annual appropriations ordinance is in force. These amounts are chargeable to the appropriations for the fiscal year 1977-78, when the budget is adopted. The following appropriations are hereby made for debt service payment of principal and interest and incidental costs for Orange Bowl Warehouse Bonds, Utility Service Tax Bonds, and incinerator Bond Fund for the 1977-78 fiscal year. Section 6. If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining.provisione of this ordinance shall not be affected. Section 7, All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 8. The foregoing ordinance is hereby declared to be emergency measure on the grounds of urgent public need for the preservation of peace, hearth, safety, and property of the City, and to meet appropriations made. Section O.
