WHEREAS, the Commission of The City of Miami, Florida met on
the 23rd day of September, 1977, pursuant to due legal notice of said
meeting under Section ,E, of the City Charter, as ar.er.ded, to receive
all written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assess-
ment roll for the cost of SOUTH FINEMOU!IT SANITARY FEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-242-S (sideline sewer) Ir SOUTH PIfFI-'OUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SR-5242-S (sideline sewer) on the following streets:
N.W. 2 Avenue west side fror. N.W. F7 Street to N.D;.+71 Street
N.W. 2 Avenue east side fror. N.W. E7 Street to 4O0'- South
N.W. 2 Avenue east side from N.W. F° Street to N.W. 71 Street
N.E. 2 Avenue west side from N.E. E8 Terrace to N.F. 71 Street
N.E. F2 Street north side frcr-. N.F. 1 Avenue to N. Miami Avenue
WI-'FREAS, no objections thereto by an:; person interested in, or
affected by, said assessments were sustained by the Commission, and
said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and in accordance
with the reauirements and provisions of the City Charter, as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, EE TT RESOLVED PY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI , FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as appertioned
and indicated or U;he preliminary assessrent roll for SOUTH PIIIE1 OUNT

they are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and
all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
