That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll for SOUTH PINE- MOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5242-C (centerline sewer) IN SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5242-C (centerline sewer) be, and they are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein. Section 2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll are less than the amount that each of the said lots or parcels of grounds is especially benefited by said improvement and that such amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that the property received. Section 3, That the total assessable cost of said SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5242-C (centerline sewer) IN SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5242- C (centerline sewer) of $525,914,45 be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed, 77.759 MAURICE A. This improvement consisted of laying e-inch and 10-inch Vitrified clay pipe or Cast Iran hire sanitary sewer at or near the centerline and layir:r C-inch cast iron pine laterals, as required to the lots and parcels of lar.d which abut this improvement; tcgother with necessary manholes, other appurtenances, rump stations, cutfall, connections to existing sowers, relaying street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and Suter: where such relaying^ was made necessary by this improvement. This improvement is part of the program to provide sar.itar;; sewers thrcug cut the City. A public hearing is scheduled for September 2C, 1977 to hear objections to ccnfirmaticr: of the assessment roll.
