RESOLUTION NO. 77 - 7 5 8
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN CERTIFICATES
Off` CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY ISSUED UNDER THE
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 56 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA.
'fI1 REAS, Section 56-25 of the Code requires the assent and Approval
of the City Commission for the transfer of a Certificate of Convenience and
Necessity issued under the provisions of Chapter 56 of the Code; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department recommends transfers of Certificates
of Convenience and Necessity as contained in Section 1 of this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
FLORIDA;
Section 1. The applications for replacements and transfers of Certi
