Committee ror Visiting bignitaries
On March 24, 1977, the City Commission passed Resolution
No, 77-283, establishing a Committee to greet and entertain
visiting dignitaries. It has taken quite some time to ob-
tain nominees for all the positions (10) on this committee.
Since it is now apparent that the leadership of this com-
mittee wishes to generate some activity, it is proposed
that the attached resolution appointing two co -chairpersons
and eight other members to this committee. While we have
in hand the personal information forms for only seven of
the ten nominees, we will submit those we have and continue
to solicit the return of those questionnaires still out-
standing.
