A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
SOUTHEAST NATIONAL BANK OF CORAL WAY, A SUB,
DIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI; AND ACCEPTING
THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public'
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled SOUTHEAST NATIONAL BANK OF -CORAL
WAY, being a resubdivision of a portion of Lots 47 thru 52, "OSCEOLA
HIGHLANDS", according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19,
at Page 1, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida and of
Lots 15 and 16, "CORAL WAY GARDENS - FIRST ADDITION", according
the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 56, at Page 61, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and a subdivision of a por-
tion of the S. W. 4 of Section 11, Township 54 South, Range 41 East,
City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a
part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as
shown thereon together with all existing and future planting, trees
and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public,
are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23 day of SEPTEMBER , 1977.

The accompanyin Plat entitled SOUTHEAST NATIONAL BANK OF
CORAL WAY was prepared b: J. B. Ford Company, It is in correct
form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded With
a recommendation that it be approved.
PERT7NENT INFORATION REGARDIN‘3 THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted 13 a subdivision of a portion of unplatted
land alonr: with the resuLdivicion of portions of previously
recorded plats. It will consist of one (1) tract having a
total area of 1.27± acres. It is zoned R-C.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standards ef the Department of Public Works of the City of
Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to b;; Antonio Gensales, Ref7istered Land Surveyor,
this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State
of Florida.
(4) By authority of Resolution No. 72-216, adopted September 25, 1972,
the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zoning
Board of Miami.
(5): The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated August 28,
1977, sir7ned by James H. Sweeny, Attorney, indicates that the
fee simple title to the property platted is correctly
vested in SOUTHEAST PROPERTIE, INC. and the Plat has been
correctly executed.
(6) The area platted is not encumbered by any mortFages.
(7) In acordance with the requirements of Chapter 54, Section
54-20, of tho Code of The City of Miami, a Cashier's Check
in• the amount of $17,400.00 has been tendered by the owner,
