A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COI.IPLETED WORK

',PROJECT = 1976 (BID "A" - HIGHWAYS), AND
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OI'. 26, 225 .79
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated Septefnber 2,,
6 between the City of Miami and Marks Brothers Company;
!WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and Clarks Brothers Company has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public
1iorks recommend that the completed Work be accepted -and .final.

are hereby authorized to pay $26,225.79 as full and final
payment for all work performed and all materials furnished in
connection with CI.1Ni PAVING PROJECT - 1976 (BID "A" - HIGHWAYS) .
