WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted'Ordinanoe No. 8589 on November 11, 1976,as amended, establishing revenues and appropriations for the fiscal year 1976-77: and WHEREAS, the Olympia Building at 174 East Flagler Street, Miami, Florida, is owned by the City of :Miami, which has the responsibility to perform maintenance and upkeep as required: and WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 8435 on July 31, 1975, authorizing the Off -Street Parking Board of the City of Miami to administer the City facility known as Gusman Hall and the Olympia Building: and WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 8560 on July 1, 1976, approving appropriations for the operation and maintenance of Gusman Hall and the Olympia Building of the City of Miami for fiscal year 1976-77; and WHEREAS, the Off -Street Parking Board has submitted a financial statement showing a deficit of $39,665 for the operation of Gusman Hall and the Olympia Building in the fiscal year ending September 30, 1976;/ and WHEREAS, unexpended funds are available in the General Fund Unallocated Balance in the amount of $39,6651 NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY 9F MSAMI, FLORlDA: 1/ All figures are rounded to the next dollar. Section i, Seotion 1 of Ordinance Mee Ate0, adopted ?tdr 11* 1976, as amended, the Annual Appropriations Ordinance for fiscal year 107&47, is hereby further amended in the following particulars! li "Section 1, The following appropriations are made for the carrying out of the municipal purposes of the City of Miami, Florida,for the fiscal year 1976.77, including the payment of principal and interest en all General Obligation fonds. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8560, adopted July 1, 1976, as amended, the annual appropriations ordinance for the operation and Main- tenance of Gusman Hall and the Olympia building of the City of Miami for fiscal year 1976-77, is hereby amended in the following particulars:l/ "Section 1. The appropriations made by the Department of Off -Street Parking for the operation and maintenance of Gusman fall and the Olympia Building of the City of Miami, as set forth in Schedule A attached -here- to, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, are hereby approved together with the enumerated sources of revenue, as set forth in Schedule 8 attached hereto. * * * 1976/77 BUDGET G & 0 ENTERPRISE FUND REVENUE ESTIMATES * * * * * * * REVENUE ESTIMATE 1976/77 CONTRIBUTION FROM GENERAL FUND $39,665 To Fund Balance (39,665) Section 3.
