Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8589, as amended, adopted November 11, 1976, the Annual Appropriations Ordinance for fiscal year 1976-77, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:11 "Section 1. The following appropriations are made for the carrying on of the Municipal purposes of the City of Miami, Florida, for the fiscal year 1976-77, including the payment of principal and interest on all General Obligation Bonds. In addition, the Workman's Compensation budget was prepared in anticipation of a $320,000 reimbursement from the pension fund which will not materialize.
