SECOND READING - ORDINANCE - PLANNING DEPARTMENT APPLICATION Amending Zoning Ordinance to allow Professional Offices within the R-5 District with Conditional Use approval. This Ordinance was passed on First Reading July 21, 1977. Introduced by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Mayor Ferre, Commissioner Plummer voted against. RESOLUTION Rescinding Resolution 39308 which permitted a night club operation at the Sheraton Four Ambassadors. RESOLUTION Granting a one year extension of the Conditional Use granted by Resolution ZB 35-77 to permit construction and operation of an excess parking lot at approximately 3685-87 S.
