THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.

- Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public
T. R. SUBDIVISION;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled T. R. SUBDIVISION being a
replat of a portion of Block 12 of BRADDOCK SUBDIVISION NO. 3,
BLOCKS 8, 9 AND 12, as recorded in Plat Book 47, at Page 8, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, lying in Section 26,
Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County,
Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully
incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together
with all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on
said property, to the perpetual use of the public, be and the
same are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami,
Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of
the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Plat.

The accompanying Plat entitled T.R. SUBDIVISION wall prepared
by Donald W. McIntosh and Associates, Inc. It is in cor'reit Perth
for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a
recommendation that 1 t be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARD1Nq THE PLAT
(1) The property patted is a rcplat of a portion of Block 12,.
of replat of Blocks 8, 9 a►►1 12, of BRADDOCK SUBDIVISION,
1J0. 3 (47-8). It will consist or one (1) tract having a
total area of 0.658± of an acre. It is zoned I-1.
(2) ' The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of
Miami, Florida.
(3.). As certified to by 3 rhos W. Leavy, Registered Laud Surveyor.,
this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the ;..;tat'
of Florida.
(4) By authority of Resolution No. 123-77, adopted July 11, 1977,
the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zoning
Board of Miami.
(5) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated June 2,
1977, signed by A. A. '1'helen, Attorney, indicates t}iat the
fee simple title to the.: property platted is correctly
vested in TAVILLA REALTY ASSOCIATES and the Plat has been
correctly executed.
(6) The area platted is not encumbered by any mortgages.
(7) In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 54, :section

in the amount of $500.00 has been tendered by the owner,
