RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT
WITH BOUTERSE, PEREZ & FABREGAS
FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE LITTLE HAVANA
COMMUNITY CENTER; FURTHER PROVIDING
THAT IN THE EVENT A SATISFACTORY
AGREEMENT CANNOT BE NEGOTIATED
WITH THE AFORESAID FIRM, THE CITY
MANAGER IS AUTIORIZED TO NEGOTIATE A
CONTRACT WITH LEE RAMOS
AND RUSSELL, MARTINEZ & HOLT
IN THAT ORDER; FURTHER INSTRUCTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT THE FINAL
NEGOTIATED CONTRACT TO THE CITY COMMISSION
FOR ITS APPROVAL PRIOR TO EXECUTION.

E IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,`FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
to negotiate a contract with BOUTERSE, PEREZ & FABREGAS
for architectural services for construction of the LITTLE HAVANA
COMMUNITY CENTER.
Section 2. In the event a satisfactory agreement
cannot be negotiated with the aforesaid firm, the City Manager
authorized to negotiate a contract with LEE
and RUSSELL, MARTINEZ & HOLT
is hereby
RAMOS
order.
in that
Section 3. The City Manager is hereby instructed to
submit the final negotiated contract to the City Commission for
its approval prior to execution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8TH day of September, 1977.
