WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated Jat nary :9
the City of Miami and Sullivan, Long & Hagerty; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Sullivan, Long & Hagerty has f'urnishod the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid
in; full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, tne City Manager and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed worl: be accepted and
final payment made to the contractor;
